Who can get tickets to Sky special events?
If you’re an eligible Sky customer, you can get tickets to our special events using your MySky app.
Can I bring a non-Sky TV customer to a special event?
Yes. They need to be with you as it’ll be your name on the ticket. Please check your MySky app and tickets for age restrictions – these are different for each event.
How do I get tickets?
Choose the event you’d like to go to and we’ll send you a booking confirmation and tickets to print. Please check all event details, tickets and age restrictions before the event.
How often are the special events?
This depends on what’s on. Check your MySky app each month for new offers.
Why aren’t there any tickets available?
Tickets to our events go fast. Sometimes we release tickets in stages so if there aren’t any available when you first look, it’s worth checking again at a later date.
I’m in a wheelchair/I have mobility issues – will there be suitable access and facilities for me?
When you book your tickets, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can make any necessary arrangements.
How do I cancel my tickets?
Simply follow the link in the booking confirmation email we send you, or click ‘Cancel tickets’ above.
What type of ID do I need to bring with me?
Please bring your driving licence or credit card to show your name matches the one on your tickets.
How do I change the name on my tickets?
You can’t change the name so if you can’t make it, please cancel your tickets so someone else can book.
