The Challenge

Launching a new ‘tickets & experiences’ based loyalty programme for millions of customers, Foxtel needed a turn-key solution that would facilitate prize entry, ticket booking, a voucher code engine as well as providing secure access for its customers both via their app and online.

The Solution

Following a detailed consultation, we configured a multi-faceted platform that could be accessed by Foxtel First members through a secure individualised link generated within the client’s app or website. Tickets are booked by customers for cinema screenings in dozens of locations, for sporting fixtures and live performances.

Customers can book first come first served or apply for tickets via a random draw depending on the requirement of the individual promotion. Unique codes can be generated via the application from a shared list of partner codes so that customers can enjoy discounts or free access to 3rd party services. Data is passed back to Foxtel’s backend ops for in-house analytics and reporting while live data is available for customer service access to user activity.

The ongoing programme has grown year on year with new features and developments launched regularly to support a growing and changing array of rewards.
