(1) Tickets are subject to availability and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis via the Booking Website. (2) Users who successfully claim tickets will need to print off the email with a valid booking number and take it along to the cinema on the day of the film preview at the time given.(3) Possession of a ticket does not guarantee entry. In the event of an insufficiency of seats due to our standard overbooking policy to account for no-shows or a change in size of cinema screen, entry will be granted to ticket holders on a first come first served basis. Ticket holders will not be able to hold spaces for guests and entry will only be granted to customers once all guests have arrived. (4) Unless otherwise stated, a maximum of 2 tickets are redeemable per user. Should a user exceed this maximum, See Film First Ltd reserves the right to revoke tickets without notice.(5) No cash alternative.(6) No late admittance.(7) The cinemas reserve the right to refuse admission. In the event of a dispute, the cinema manager\'s decision is final. (8)In the event of a film preview being cancelled, changed or relocated without prior notice, See Film First Ltd may at its own discretion allocate tickets to the next See Film First Ltd film preview in the nearest cinema. No form of compensation, financial or otherwise will be given. (9) Should a film preview be overbooked, See Film First Ltd may at its own discretion allocate tickets to the next See Film First Ltd film preview in the nearest cinema. No form of compensation, financial or otherwise will be given.(10) Sound and video recording / photography equipment is not permitted in the auditorium and in some instances may be confiscated upon entry.(11) Each film has its own specific age restriction. Where this is known at the time of booking, this age restriction is given during the booking process. It is the user\'s responsibility to confirm this age restriction with the cinema.(12) Tickets are for the use of the user only. Emailing of tickets, distribution of personal login details, passwords, tickets, photocopying and multiple printing of tickets is strictly prohibited. Users found to be in violation of this rule may be barred from using the Booking Website.(13) Tickets may not under any circumstances be resold for financial or any other material gain.(14) Young children and babies are admitted to U and PG certificate films at the discretion of the cinema manager and on condition that they are accompanied by an adult and do not cause a disturbance and subject to them having their own ticket. In instances where young children and their guardian are ejected from the cinema, no refund will be given.(15)Tickets must be booked no later than 23:59 on the day before the film preview date. (16) See Film First Ltd will send transactional communications only by email and or SMS unless you actively opt in to receive invitations, offers and other promotions. Transactional communications relate directly to your actions on the websites or to an event you have booked and not cancelled. Transactional emails include (a) Booking confirmation email, (b) Ballot entry email, (c) Waiting list confirmation, (d) Reminders, (e) Ticket cancellation, (f) Password reset, (g) Feedback request, (h) Event information updates. (17) Free tickets remain at all times the property of The Promoter (18). We may revoke all of your tickets and ban you from future access if we have reason to believe you have made any attempt to acquire them by unfair means such as any attempt to hack, attack or otherwise trick the system, or any attempt to duplicate or doctor valid tickets..(19) The Promoter reserves the right to revoke or cancel tickets at any time (20) The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly (including special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage) from the user\'s use of the website. FAQs

Barcode Tickets

Barcodes:

All bar coded vouchers are issued as single tickets. If you order more than one ticket, every ticket must be printed or shown on phone for entry (if you have ordered x 4 tickets you will get 4 vouchers – each has a different barcode).

SFF vouchers should be scanned for General Admission entry between times specified on voucher.

Tickets are for General Admission/Standing and no special requests can be considered.

Only the first scan of the barcode on your ticket will be allowed entry. No readmissions Each ticket has a separate barcode – you must print or have on phone to show all tickets.

If more than one copy were to arrive, the barcode scanner will alert the attendant that the ticket has already been scanned.

For occasional checks the purchaser’s name appears on each ticket so ticket holder please bring ID in the name on ticket.

SFF vouchers/tickets are non transferable and ID may be requested in same name as on ticket.

How do I become a seat filler?

Just sign up to become a member! All our members get the opportunity of filling seats – we just ask that you check our etiquette and discretion notes

How do I know what complimentary tickets SFF has?

We email our members with our complimentary ticket offers. There will be a small non-refundable admin charge but the tickets are free!

We do occasionally put offers on the SFF Hub but as we are have to keep offers discrete this is only if the promotor requests it or if its the kind of event people travel for such as festivals.

How do I know where my seats will be?

You dont! We have no control over what seats are available – we have had front row tickets for premieres and mosh pit tickets! We are seat fillers, so our job is to fill empty seats – wherever they may be!

It is very important to note that we cannot specify where seats will be and no special requests can be accommodated – we simply give out tickets available on first come, first served basis.

Usually if booked as a group these will be seated together but again, we cant guarantee this

Where do you offer tickets for?

Anywhere and everywhere! We work with venues all over the UK from stadiums/arenas to over the pub gigs. We just try and make sure that we only offer things that will appeal to a good number of our members.

Why is it all Secret?

Because the venue makes money by selling tickets, and you have received them free of charge! Its that simple. Help us to get more tickets by being discrete about where you got tickets – but do talk about what you have seen!

How many tickets will I get?

Ticket numbers vary depending on the event, but they can be from a minimum of 2 tickets to a maximum of 6 tickets.

How do I get my tickets?

In the Offers email you receive, each event will have a ‘book here’ button. Follow the steps to book your SFF vouchers.

You can print them out or have them on your smart device to show at the venue. You will generally exchange your SFF vouchers for actual tickets at the Venue Box Office.

Since Covid E-Tickets have become more used so it may be that we send you a venue link to download your own tickets.

COLLECTION AWAY FROM VENUE

On some occasions ticket collection will be from an alternate location, not the Venue, but we will let you know in the Offer email and T&Cs.

Can I tell my Family and Friends about SFF?

Yes, please do encourage your family and friends to apply for membership.

PLEASE NOTE: We ask that you do NOT discuss SFF or what you paid for your tickets whilst at an actual event. You might be lucky enough to get top shelf tickets next to people who’ve paid hundreds of pounds. Keep your secret to yourself to avoid any upset.

Is there a membership fee to join SFF?

Nope, there is no membership fee. You will only be asked to pay a small non-refundable admin fee for the events you book to attend.

Is there a specific amount of time I have to be signed up as a member i.e. 12 months or 24 months?

Nope, there is no minimum or maximum length of time for membership. You can stay a member for as long as you like, or cancel your membership at any time with no penalties.

PLEASE NOTE: We do reserve the right to revoke membership at any time if members are not abiding by our terms and conditions and code of conduct.

What if I've booked tickets and can no longer attend?

If you are unable to attend we ask that you cancel your tickets as soon as possible so other members can benefit from the tickets. Failure to cancel / non-attendance could result in membership being revoked.

What do I do if I have a problem with my Encore West End Theatre booking?
