All barcoded vouchers are issued as single tickets. If you order more than one ticket, every ticket must be printed or shown on your phone for entry.
Each voucher has a unique barcode. Only the first scan will be accepted — duplicates will be denied.
Bring ID matching the name on your ticket. Tickets are non-transferable.

It depends on the event — usually between 2 and 6 tickets per booking.

Yes — please encourage them to apply! But don’t discuss SFF or ticket costs at events, as you may be seated next to full-price ticket holders.
No, membership is free. You only pay a small admin fee per event you attend.
No minimum or maximum duration — stay as long as you like. You can cancel anytime. Membership may be revoked if our code of conduct isn’t followed.
Please cancel as soon as possible so others can use the tickets. Failure to cancel or no-shows may result in suspension.
